She suggests taking things slowly when you first get a library job. Get to know your collection, your students, and staff.
During the pandemic she learned that her junior high students were NOT the digital natives that we assumed.
Place your book orders early this year so you don’t lose out on using your funds.
She enjoyed going into classrooms for lessons and research projects last fall when most of our students were back on campus and thinks she will continue to do that as much as possible.
Sandra shares some fun ideas of how she has collaborated with special area teachers at her school like the theater and the farm to table teachers.
