How can you make it easier for kids to find books?
She had a 70% increase in circulation after genrefying.
Buy according to the interests they share with you.
She gets involved in lots of things on campus so people see her more than a “keeper of the books”.
Make yourself available as a trainer. She helps with technology training and also trains new teacher.
She is the campus communications coordinator.
