As the new year rolls around, this blog will start taking a bit of a new direction in support of school libraries and librarians. We will begin the year by looking at a grant that will close on January 29, 2021. So, now is the time to take action!
I am offering a free webinar to review the basics of this grant and offer a few tips. If this sounds interesting, please click here to register.
My Zoom account only allows for 100 attendees. Therefore, the first 100 people to login Sunday evening will be the ones who can participate live and have the opportunity to ask questions. But, no worries! I will add the webinar recording to my website on the Pop-Up PD page. https://www.laurasheneman.com/. You will have to login to the website in order to see the content on my Pop-Up PD page.
If you preregister for this workshop, I will send you a calendar invitation by Sunday afternoon. It is important for you to check your junk mail if you do not see the Zoom link invitation by Sunday afternoon. If you still cannot find the calendar invitation, you can email me directly and I will respond with the link Sunday afternoon. firstname.lastname@example.org
Did you meet Juan Samperio? He's a new school librarian who is trying to start focusing on what to do when his students return face to face. I think you'll like hearing his story.
