You don’t have to do an extreme makeover when you first move into the library.
Concentrate on building relationships when you first move into the library.
When you spend time cultivating relationships and building influence with people then it will help your library program become more successful and supported by your district.
Work hard to be someone your administrator doesn’t need to worry about.
“Go to other people’s parties.” You can build influence and relationships when you attend events and cultivate relationships with others.
